"Excellent location for Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Nice area with cafes etc off the Main Street. Only downside were wobbly tired stools to sit on, lack of toiletries and it was very hot although a portable fan was provided. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful."

"Efficient check-in with a very friendly welcome & helpful information given. Pleasant lounge area near reception. Our room was on the top floor so up several stairs, quite narrow & winding towards top. Room was lovely, appeared recently decorated with good quality, modern carpets, curtains & furniture. Crisp, white cotton sheets & comfortable bed. Shower room small but perfectly functional, even though water pressure not great. The room & en-suite were very clean. Nice to be able to open...

"The rooms and staff were great, and it is SO easy to get from Heathrows' Travellers Hub to Heathrow (just take the N9 bus--so easy and cheap!!!!). My only reservation about this hotel is that Hounslow is not a place that one necessarily wants to visit. But this hotel is a great place to go when you are trying to catch an early flight and have come from further away than London. The staff was absolutely incredible!!!!"

"Good budget accomodation, great staff and breakfast, no fault of the hotel but sleep was challenging thanks to other inconsiderate guests deciding to have a very extended party in the hallways/nearby rooms in the very early hours of the morning. "

"I loved the old artistic decoration and flowers growing in backyard. The Pub served great food. Staff were exceptionally friendly and nice hospitality. What i did not realize I was too old for carrying my luggage on narrow steps; going out of room to bathroom or showering. I am done with college dorm lifestyle for my own safety of a possible fall downwards with my big feet on narrow steps. Sorry!"

"It’s a pub with rooms at the back, not the biggest but perfectly functional. Very hot in the room, could do with a fan maybe? The lady behind the bar got a little flustered, made a call and got it sorted. Also very European when it came to bar service. Overall will stay again if needed"
