"The listing is very misleading, the property name is wonderful 2 bed apartment near portobello road however there are other options within this. We booked expecting a 2 bed apartment and got a studio flat. Be careful when booking this misleading listing. The room was not clean when we arrived at 3pm and we had to make them aware and wait for it to be cleaned, further delaying our plans There was no blind on the glass rear door meaning the entire room was bright by 5am."

"Very well located right on the banks of the Thames. Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice but very busy at times. I didn't like that the bed which was advertised as "queen size" was actually smaller than king size. I got an "accessible" room which I did not request which means that the shower/ wetrokm had just a plastic flappy curtain, the wi-fi didn't work and the reception lady was bossy for no reason."

"We stayed in an executive king room for the weekend for my daughter's 12th birthday. From the moment we arrived we were extremely well looked after by all of the staff and we were very impressed with the hotel, especially the VIP lounge which we had access to due to booking an executive room. As well as this, the hotel provided some lovely birthday gifts for my daughter, which she was very excited to receive when we arrived in the room. Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and we will definitely be back again. Thank you!"
