"I had a the cheapest room type - a double with no window. The lack of window wasn't a problem, as there was good ventilation. Very small, but well designed to use the space, and had everything that was needed to get some sleep before an early check-in. Expensive, but worth it for being literally in the airport terminal."

"My family and I had a great time at this hotel. They really went all out for the kids for Christmas including having a play room for the kids open until 8 pm! It’s a huge room! Speaking of, we had two rooms. One room was more modern than the other. One complaint is one room only had European outlets while the other had both. The rooms are a decent suze. We didn’t stay there much so it was fine. This hotel is located near to Vaux Hall which is with exploring itself. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the London Eye/Big Ben. The best part though is the staff. Every single staff member, including those who brought us room service (which we ordered almost every day) was polite and friendly. Marc checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at Park Plaza Westminster before and that location is extremely close to the London eye (5 mins or so), but I think staff here is friendlier and it also feels less touristy. Great stay and we will be back! "

"Room was amazing-very nice to have a fairly separate living room from bedroom (bathroom was between) so teens and parents can have seperate spaces. The lobby and buffet areas were spotless with lots of staff on hand. Never had to wait for anything and very accommodating. "
