"View was amazing, large clean room"

"We had a courtyard room, so no ocean view, but there is a grand view from the roof top deck, where they have free breakfast.We had a hot tub in our room, which I chose over the ocean view. We wore the robes down to the beach to watch the sunset, then jumped in the ocean before coming back to the hottub. They had free pie and ice cream in the evening, and help yourself to free popcorn. There were bicycles, and things for the beach available, but we didn't stay long enough to use any of that. Really enjoyed the breakfast, variety of croissants, egg bake (very good), juice , coffee and oranges. The staff were all friendly and accomodating.Lodging in tourist areas is never cheap, but this seemed like a bargain. Oh, and even though we didn't have an ocean view room, my girlfriend really enjoyed the sound of the ocean at nightl."

"What a wonderful surprise was the La Fonda Hotel from the delightful check in staff to the “goodie” basket and all the receptions. The room was immaculate and the bed most comfortable. The hotel was just decorating for Christmas which gave it a magical atmosphere. The staff was to helpful and so eager to please. The location of the hotel is excellent to restaurants, wine tasting and walks on the beach. We highly recommend a stay at this lovely, cozy beach town hotel."

"We were given an absolutely stunning room with the ocean view!!! The room itself has been all updated. We also love the free coffee and tea available all day long. The heated pool and spa offers a great way to get some exercise and to unwind. "

"This is a very upmarket rental with a gorgeous view and extremely comfortable accommodation. Slightly too high-tech for the average person, though. The kitchen is fantastic with everything imaginable you could need but the faucet didn’t work properly which was disappointing and when it did work, no one could figure out quite how to use it! The only flaw is the noise of the hot tub running most of the time which you can’t escape. Certainly one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in."
