"The price, first and foremost. The room was surprisingly nice and the included breakfast as well. First hotel I looked at was double the price and wanted $30 for parking. Even if I was Bill Gates I wouldn’t be paying $30 a day to park at a hotel I am staying at. Get real! Hotel prices in general need to come back to the realm of the sane, and this $100 a night gem did not disappoint. "

"Easy access to hotel from major roads and sites in the area. Lovely interior and exceptionally great breakfast. Room and bed were comfortable. Pool in the middle of the attrium was lovely, but upon entering the hotel, there is a chlorine odor. Our room was across from the pool and there seemed to be a dampness or humidity in the room. Our trip to Ann Arbor was to attend a wedding."
