"The pool was wonderful, great swimming area for families. The beach was nice. However, there were days when the seaweed was excessive. The hotel room walls were very thin. We heard every guest that walked by, and every conversation. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The hotel lobby and bar was great. The buffet food was ok. The restaurants are great. But, we were only able to get two guaranteed dinner reservations. The hotel location is great, next to shopping areas and close to the airport. Overall, it’s a decent vacation for the price."

"The staff was very helpful with planning things for our anniversary. They also set up the room very cutely every day leading up to it. The staff helped plan the dinners and ideas for what to do. The pool had no children which was a good and bad thing. I realized while staying it was more for an older crowd rather than in our 20s and 30s who like to have more uppity music"

"Can’t say enough good things about Secrets Mirabel. So clean and luxurious. I booked a balcony with a tropical view and the rooms AC was always icy cold and showers were hot and toasty with amazing pressure. Housekeeping went above and beyond every time and I even had forgotten to lock up my money, designer items, jewelry and it was all safely there. The food at every restaurant was amazing and the best I’ve ever had at any resort and I’ve been to five start resorts only. French restaurant had the most tender steaks. Buffet was always so fresh and tasty. The pool and beach were very clean and staff was extremely attentive and they had sections to relax and others sections to join the activities that the amazing entertainment staff would schedule. The spa and massage was amazing and the hydrotherapy pool actually worked and I felt all the benefits. I’m so happy we stayed here. Other guests were come from OTHER resorts complaining about food ambience being trashy and unsafe. But no Secrets Mirabel gave luxury classy and upbeat. Take advantage of the app the gives you the schedule for activities and what’s going on. I’m truly so happy we booked to this place for my partners 30th birthday. Thank you to everyone who took care of us! If you are struggling to book anything do yourself a favor and book here if you’re looking for high quality food, upbeat but classy ambience, and beautiful luxury vibes!"

"The property overall was beautiful and clean. I loved how there were plenty of activities to choose from BUT I did not like that it was not inclusive. If you wanted to do bowling, the arcade, the escape room, or the F1 immersive experience you had to pay an extra fee. The spa services were also extra and I feel like they were extremely overpriced, I’m from NYC and spa services are significantly cheaper compared to the resort. The resort is also not in the main Cancun hotel zone so you are significantly further. If you’re a beach lover like myself this resort is a NO! The beach is horrible, the water is full of seaweed and is just dark and murky, there is a weird odor every morning coming from the beach as well. There are no beach chairs and the beach isn’t advertised in any way at the resort, it’s almost as if they prefer for you to not visit the beach. Overall the staff were great, property was nice but I would not return here."
