"Save yourself the money and the regret!! This is possibly one of the worst travel experiences of my life. From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, we had nothing but trouble. Resort app works half the time; staff is inconvenienced by any question-showed up 10 min before towel shack closed to return towels, they turned us down and made us go into the hotel lobby. Room keys NEVER worked, after we had to go ask reception to open the door every day, multiple times a day, and when we asked for a final resolution all they said is that their card machine sucked. So inconvenient that we restricted how much we left the room the last couple of days to avoid being locked out. Additionally, most of the restaurant hosts have horrible costumer service,- made reservations through the app only to be turned down and ridiculous by the hostess saying we didn’t know how to make a reservation, though I had a screenshot of the confirmation-we were forced to eat at the terrible buffet. Several other people had the same issue. To make matters worse, their pools are properly maintained which fixed us to go by the beach which is not swimmable due to the ocean conditions. The kids water park is very small with no seating available for parents and is poorly kept. Lastly-our room had sand inside the beds and the pillows smelled like dirty sweaty head-front desk they said they were sorry and didn’t care to offer to fix anything until I threatened to check out and call corporate."

"Breakfast was amazing, with so many options. The only thing was the timing, it was a bit tight to be able to get up and have breakfast on time after the late night outings lol. "

"A women staff member made my whole vacation experience terrible. I had arrange a surprise mariachi for my fiancée birthday, and I was unaware that for them to pass through the hotel I had to pay for each. I didn’t mind since they arrived and was my only option, however this women staff member ( who I forgot to write didn’t her name) said they couldn’t go through. No reason what so ever. She just said no, even though I was willing to pay for the band to go through to the very public beach. Instead the neighbors hotel was kind enough to let them through once they found out what was happening. Make the whole experience very awkward. Her attitude for the rest of the time there was uncomfortable, unfriendly, rude. Felt I couldn’t go to any staff afterwards. I understand the rules, but it seemed unnecessary, mean spirited. It ruined my whole vacation vibe, and my fiancé and I didn’t feel welcome. Very very terrible experience"
