"Newly renovated. It has a fresh look, matched a high level of comfort. But overall, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. And for the brieft chats i had with them, their management is very supporty of them.
I was a bit uncomfortable with the timeshare pitch the property tries to push. Once i say not interested, i do not like to be insisted on it. It took more than one No."
"Right on the beach was great. Plenty of food options in both directions. Extra activities like dives and boating within 15-30 minutes taxi ride. Would go again to stay."
"What I really like about the property is the people that work there. They were really nice and attentive. The cleaning lady was amazing! We would go to the beach and pool and bring all kinds of sand and wet towels back to the room, and she managed to have it spot on clean every day. The pool was great, I think it's a bit outdated, needs some general upgrades, but my 5 yr old son loved it. The breakfast buffet was also really good, specially for the price. There is also a Tarascos Taco place about two blocks away, and that was our dinner spot. The tacos were really good. Love this place and would love to come back soon."
"They were renovating the hotel . So there were lots of noice at night until 9 - 10 pm . There was a storm and water was dripping inside the room . Overall this hotel will be great to stay after there done remodeling it . It’s just in front of the ocean and very nice view if you have the ocean view room . It’s walkable , easy transportation to the zocalo . "
"The room was small, but everything was super clean. There is air conditioning, but you can't control that youself. The front desk staff turn it on for you. It was as adverised, a good place to stay near the zocalo.
