"This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was only here one night to rest a bit during a long drive, but I wish I could have stayed much longer. The staff were very kind and helpful, the check-in and check-out processes very fast and easy, the facility clean and beautiful, the location great, the price was incredible for so much value, and so much more. The only thing lackluster was the breakfast, but everything else makes up for it easily. From here on out, I will be intentionally seeking out these specific hotels."

"Hotel appeared to be severely understaffed. My wife and I went to the bar and restaurant on the first evening and were never approached by any waitress or waiter. We went to the bar and again were never served. So we just left and never went back for the remainder of our stay. Housekeeping only serviced the room on the first day of our stay and never returned the other days. Very disappointed with service. "
