"This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. The house is so beautiful and spacious and all the gathering areas near the pool, family room and outside made it so comfortable. The meals were exceptional and so generous. "The house was nice, clean and comfortable. However, a few important things things were not adequately supplied, eg only one toilet roll was supplied for a family of three for one week and there were no kitchen rolls. Also only one mirror in the entire property located in the Master bedroom. The toilet seat needs fixing because it keeps sliding off while one is sitting on it."

"Great property just what we wanted for belated Xmas get together. Games room is really good with darts board, air hockey snooker and switch. Lounge lovely size and we even had Xmas tree. Kitchen is good. Great location easy to park. Listing as described "

"A very interesting house with parking in an excellent location between Exeter Street and Sutton Road so a short walk from the Barbican. Comfortable beds and minimalist style furnishings. We were lucky because the weather was warm and sunny."

"We are 8 friends who travelled to Plymouth for the National Fireworks Comp. We stayed three nights. Iain was great and easy to contact and helpful. The house was in the perfect location and everything we wanted to explore was with walking distance. We liked the house, it was very light and airy and spacious enough for all of us.
