"The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people.
The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that.
The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. Also a last suggestion is that you can put noise absorbing panels on the walls because we can hear everything from the others apartments.

"Our stay at Casa Juárez was perfect. The hotel is very nice and clean, the location is good and safe parking is available two blocks from the hotel. "Planned a staycation in Puebla, wanting to go out and enjoy the downtown for a night. Hotel Diana was the perfect choice for my evening. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The check-in was quick and easy. The location is great for anyone wanting to experience the center of Puebla. It's a beautiful old historic antique building that has been remodeled to a very comfortable almost boutique-like hotel. A lot of the architecture from centuries ago is still used in the building. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. And I will probably be staying there again myself at some point."
