"Our host was great and quite patient in waiting for us, as we were running down to the wire of the 5pm closing of their office. They did wait around for us and helped us check in, and ensured we had everything we needed and a smooth stay! The place was clean and perfect for what we needed for a few nights stay. It was within walking distance to Okbtoberfest and all of the other things we wanted to do and see in Munich! Price was fair, too, compared to everything else we saw! Would recommend...

"Well not sure there is enough words. I would say don’t stay here. Lively means drinks yelling at 4 am each night regardless of day. There is no AC, there is no bedding but comforters and dirty mattresses. The walk approach to the elevator is dirty. If you walk up the stairs there is a massage parlor Also the street is on has several adult theaters Do not stay with family "

Sophy was very kind in helping us navigate to the location and drop off our luggage and allowed us to store our luggage until check-in time. "The place provided what was needed; however, we weren't thrilled with some things. For instance, the WiFi didn't work in our apartment so we "slaved" off another apartment's WiFi (not secure at all). The lockbox code was also not very safe as it was easy to guess. We had also asked ahead of time about parking and the price and were surprised when we were leaving to be told we have to pay 20Euro per day for parking, which wasn't relayed to us when we asked via VRBO message."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Katrin’s place. It had everything you would need. The large bathroom was a plus. The neighborhood and building was super quiet, and it was easy to access public transportation. There was a lovely store/restaurant called Kafer right around the corner, if you wanted beautiful produce, gourmet items, and yummy coffee. Katrin was super responsive to any questions we had. Would stay there again. "

Was advised that the main door at street level would be locked and it never was during our entire stay. Accommodations were basic and not exactly as pictured. "We stayed years ago prior to renovation. Beautiful hotel, wonderful attention to detail preserving the old while totally updating. Staff was so accommodating that if asked a question they would provide not only directions but hours, etc. Best breakfast ever, eggs, sausages, various bread & rolls, sweets, cheeses, even English, and vegan offerings. Table service upscale with waiters for every whim. Room maintained spotless with complimentary bottles of water replaced everyday. Lovely bar area with roaring fire going and soft music in the background, available for both food & drinks."
