"For some reason ot took long to check-in, but thats not my complaint. Disappointed that I couldn't connect my computer or usb device to the television. Seemed the system was intentional locked into prohibiting one's own devices. To make matters worse, the television offered netflix, but it was impossible to change to language to english and even worse english subtitles were not available. "I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Hotel Rus in Kyiv, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful — always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from some of Kyiv’s most iconic sights, including St. Sophia’s Cathedral and Maidan Nezalezhnosti. There are also plenty of great cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. I’ll definitely be back."
