"Where to start let’s start with the bad. I think it’s best not to go during spring break as it is crazy. They have rules everywhere by the pool and hot tub but nobody enforces them. No kids under 12 in hot tub and 12-15 need an adult, great except no adults are even there with most the kids who can’t swim and so 12 kids under "

"Had trouble getting toilet tissue, took more than 4 phone calls and 5 hours. Also never saw in Expedia’s description that one has to pay 30.00 per night to park at their resort!! Was floored as we were told at check in that is was 30.00 total and when we received our bill it was per night!! Stayed her for over 10 years and never paid a parking fee! Won’t go back. "
