"The staff were incredible, very friendly and welcoming towards my wife and I and our 18 month old daughter. Veer, Viresh, Krishi amongst others were exceptional. The food and beverage was of great quality and the suite we had was beautiful. It was a sad day when we had to leave for sure!! Our stay for our honeymoon was everything and more, 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay here."

"The hotel was situated right at the beach and our room was on the ground floor with direct pool/ beach access. Room service was amazing , the breakfast buffet was great, the amenities like pool, spa, jacuzzi and gym were all great, very clean and staff friendly. I will come back again."

"Beautiful setting and landscaping. Staff are brilliant, friendly and attentive and not in your face. Spa was great. Recommend ‘water shoes’ for the beach as it’s a coral beach, it’s beautiful, the shoes will enhance the experience "

"Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "

The restaurant options are varied, with something for everyone, and the quality was consistently excellent. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was always a fresh and tasty choice. Overall, Solana Beach gave me the mix of relaxation, service, and quality that makes for a truly memorable holiday. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Mauritius — and I’d definitely return!"
