"This hotel was the gold standard of a luxary 5 star hotel. Right from check in we were nicely seated at the bar in a quite spot overlooking the pools and beach. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and were showen to our very comfortable beach suite earlier then the check on time. All staff. Every single one seems to bed backwards for our needs for the simplest asks. Service was truelly beyond 5star in that respect. We went for all inclusive which didnt finish till 3pm, amazing. We simply loved our stay and wish we could have had longer. Id happily come here again. Only small disappointment was the beach ilwaa windy (Sep) so a fair bitnor rock and sewed prevent led us from diving in. We were also on our honeymoon so gave a dinner to us on the house. Big applaud"

"Bon Azur Beachfront Suites & Penthouses by LOV This place is amazing!!! We were in Mauritius on business and decided to spend half of the trip in an apartment and half in a 5 star hotel. This place is as good as a 5 Star hotel! It is so good to be able to shop at the Mauritian supermarkets (Super U 15 minutes away by car) and buy the lovely local produce and cook a nice meal on the bbq and relax with Pheonix beer and wine overlooking the beach at sunset! We have now decided that when we travel to Mauritius we will exclusively use LOV properties simply because of the spacious accommodation, high level of luxury and great facilities and expert management. Soobhug was an incredibly brilliant host, smiling non stop and saying 'Yes' to any request we made. He was too helpful and when i needed an extension cable to allow me to work by sitting at the table and plug my printer and PC into a specific socket he brought one for me from his home! He was a wealth of local information and gave great tips for where to go for good takeaway food. The apartment B1 was huge with sleeping for 8 although it might be too crowded if fully occupied. For 4 of us it was plenty spacious. It was clean and cleaned daily by the lovely Joanita (sorry I might have got the name wrong) and she made a special effort to do a special decoration for my Son's birthday. This holiday complex is in a great location directly opening out on a picturesque stretch of beach (pretty but not swimmable due to volcanic rocks)"

"Excellent. Staff great, friendly, approachable and professional. Food was good, buffet style, ate too much ! Beautiful walks along the coast. Not hassled by anyone, just walked for miles. Evening entertainment, leisure staff cheerful and energetic. All good, loved our three week stay."

"The staff were very polite and always ready to help. The receptionist Leticia was always smiling, the staff at cafe Lux, Neelam and Sylvano have excellent customer care, the barman Mr R Jhuree always approachable and friendly, with a great smile and has excellent communication skills. The main restaurant staff were excellent and the food choices for breakfast and dinner were excellent, the whole family enjoyed it as the spread had a great selection🇲🇺. The facilities within the hotel is excellent. We had an excellent family break."
