"Great location for visiting sigiriya, but despite coming up as "Dambulla" on the map, it's about a 20 minute drive from there. Busses to Dambulla run from the end of the road and are quite regular. The rooms are basic but nice enough. Our room was not dirty but not spotlessly clean either. It had a private patio which was perfect for relaxing. "We loved our 3 night stay here .The hotel was everything we could have asked for - wonderful ,friendly staff(shout out to Champika and Dilshan and everyone else ),lovely accomodation and the food was exceptional.We came here straight from Colombo airport with our excellent driver ,Dushan Theekshana and while here we climbed Sigiryia Rock ,visited Dambulla caves ,enjoyed a wonderful local cultural show in Habarana and will take in Polonnaruwa on our way to Uga Bay .We could have done a safari...

"Location - I am a regular guest at this property. It’s a bit of a heaven , utterly relaxing, surrounded by nature. The quality of my sleep always improves when staying at the property. The hosts, Supipi and Uthpala are super hosts. The meals are mostly made by Supipi herself and of course delicious. This time stayed for 6 days, could have easily stayed longer. Will definitely return."
