"Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

"An amazing experience!! Our first time in Italy, Venice and the hotel were wonderful. I brought my fiancé to propose and the hotel helped out in several ways that made the trip an unforgettable experience. Rima at the front desk was amazing, was very friendly and gave so many helpful suggestions. In our opinion she deserves a promotion or a raise! Thank you again to Rima and the Palazzo Veneziano, we will surely be back! - Keith & Lexi"
