"Like: Very helpful staff, family-friendly, Great location, family suite was spotless and updated Could use improvement: - Suite with terrace we stayed in 1st 5 nights: A/C did not work, Pillows were too flat very hard to sleep on"

"Lovely property! However, there were just 2 (albeit important) items that were inconvenient. The first is the lack of on-site parking and/or valet. We had a car rental and had to park the car in a lot which the hotel claims is 5 min walk away. It’s more like 10-15 min and not an easy walk. Not something I prefer to do when checking into a hotel. The other inconvenient thing was the noisy doors! They made so much noise that they’d wake you up with a loud bang very early in the morning. They seem like the original doors to the building from years ago. They’re old and need updating. Beyond this, the hotel is very charming and super clean. Rooms are huge."

"The hotel is very beautiful and perfectly located right in front of the sea on the promenade. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large and comfortable. However, the air conditioning did not cool properly, so we felt hot every night. The pillows were not very good either. The hotel terrace is very pleasant, and you can enjoy an incredible view while eating there. The breakfast was excellent, with many options, all very homemade and delicious. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future and would recommend it to anyone."

"I cannot say enough on how helpful the staff was. We had an issue with the room the first day, Diane and Raja went out of their way in resolving issue and moved us to a different room. The staff at breakfast Marianna and her team was very welcoming and helpful and friendly. We had an enjoyable stay."

"Best view in Amalfi! Staff were all very friendly, included breakfast had lots of delicious options. Shuttle bus goes into town every 30 minutes, call in advance to coordinate a pickup and save yourself 70 euro on a taxi upon arrival. Restaurant had good food and good service, room service a bit overpriced, +20 euro on top of cost. Limited minibar in the hotel room but sufficient."
