A special mention has to go to Mario, an absolute gem. He was not only incredibly kind and attentive, but also a wealth of information. Whether it was offering insider tips, or even arranging bus tickets, Mario handled everything with ease and genuine care. It made our stay completely stress-free. And let’s talk about the food, every single meal was a delight. Delicious, fresh, and clearly made with love. From hearty breakfasts to beautifully prepared dinners, it felt like eating at a friend’s table who just happens to be an amazing chef. The patio view was nothing short of breathtaking. Sitting out there soaking in the scenery, it’s the kind of peace and beauty you don’t easily forget. The rooms were spotless and every detail, from the décor to the service, was clearly designed with care and intention. If you're looking for more than just a place to stay, if you want warmth, soul, great food, and truly personal service, this is it. "Everything at Hotel Amalfi was wonderful! Our rooms were always clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. The staff for breakfast was great, and always available. There was a large variety of items for breakfast! From all types of fruit, scrambled eggs and bacon, amazing selection of pastries and dessert items, granolas, yogurts, fruit juices, and the cappuccinos were a special treat in the morning! "

"We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were so welcoming, accomodating and answered all questions we had with a smile. They were very easy to contact through Expedia messages and helped to arrange a free luggage porter service from the ferry terminal that we arrived at (very nice inclusion, as the hotel is not far from the main road/ferry/bus area, but extremely busy during the day and could be difficult to navigate with luggage). The owner Gerry even helped us with a wine cork and a pair of glasses for us to enjoy a bottle that we brought back to the hotel on our first night. Other pluses: - the complimentary breakfast was good and coffee is made to order. - the location is perfect, right in the heart of Amalfi, provides a great base to see the city and the coast in general. - The rooftop terrace was incredible, we were almost always the only couple there. The views, the sunlight, and the sun chairs were very nice. - The hotel and the rooms are so clean and comfortable feeling. The jacuzzi tub in our room was much enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet during the night, no disturbances to sleep. Overall, I would say this hotel is an incredible value on the coast, and an establishment run with genuine care. Go here if considering a stay in Amalfi! "

"Very nice hotel! We booked a room with an over look and a jacuzzi tub. The water didn’t stay warm enough to fill the tub, but the room was overall very nice. The views were beautiful, the staff so nice and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! "
