L’emplacement est de loin un élément clé. À pieds, il est à 1 min de la gare et à 5-6 minutes de la Piazza concordia où vous trouverez les traversiers pour les différentes villes de la côte. C’était vraiment apprécié!"

"Unfortunately we had an emergency, my daughter was admitted to the hospital and we missed the check in. We originally had the reservation for 2 nights. We asked for a refund or credit and the hotel has declined the request. Even though it was a case of emergency, we had the pronto soccorso paperwork to prove it, the stuff I talked to several times over the phone gave us the same answer every time :They never give refund exceptionally only in case of death. "my kids found a cockroach in our bedroom, im not sure how long we had it we stayed 2 nights and just checked out , we had to take iur clothes to wash cause who knows could be contaminated.
The hotel suited our bedroom when I went down and talked to the receptionist,
what I asked is compensate for our inconvenience also to ruin our memory , I did not received a single call just an email indicating they are waving the additional cost worth of 50 Euro
