"We had the ocean view room on the second floor. It was newly renovated, with a beautiful private bathroom and beautiful wood work throughout. We were a bit spoiled when we were there, since there were no other guests on our floor during our stay. The kitchen and living room were spacious and well equipped, and Josh was always there to help us if we needed it. We would definitely stay here in the future"

"This was amazing! Great staff, great location AND there's even a swimming hole (5 min walk, if that) with a waterfall! I've never stayed in a shared house before, but this one has spoiled me! It's close enough to be able to drive to all the good tourist spots. Oh, and hopefully you're there for the "big" farmers market on Saturdays. If I get back to the Big Island I'll be coming back here! Thank you for the great time!"

"The room was updated, clean, bed was comfortable, and the kitchen area well stocked with utensils, etc. A frustration was the poor WIFI connection. The TV kept buffering and personal communication was difficult and nonexistent at times. The complex is small with more of a small apartment feel, well kept, and in a convenient location."

"Host was very nice and helpful at check in. Amenities were sufficient. Nice welcome amenity in room and much appreciated. Light on porch was out making it hard to see. Shower facility in room was different. No waste basket in bathroom or a place to put toiletries and makeup when trying to use the mirror. Everyrhing got wet in bathroom when showering. No luggage rack or dresser Room very clean. Nice big clean kitchen with sufficient supplies. Very quiet area. Easy access to room was needed snd received. Comfortable bed. Would hv been nice to hv a small bistro perhaps. Brought 2 chairs in to sit on to hv dinner. Highly recommend this nice, low key, and comfortable place"

"The instructions on arriving were very helpful as it is a bit challenging to find. The unit was just what we were looking for, we loved the screened in porch with the view of the water. The property manager met us a few times and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again."

"Really hidden away - follow the rutted road around the corner and there is the green beach house. Very old style - no air conditioner but excellent breezes through windows. You need to bring your own kitchen spices, oils, sugar, etc. wish there was a grill. It was easy to track in dirt , even if shoes are removed. A mop would have been appreciated. Short walk around house to the ocean in a quiet cove. Excellent stay"
