"We loved our condo-looked exactly as represented on the website. It’s spacious and modern. The location is close to town as well as the freeway and beaches. It was also great having covered parking and laundromat facilities on our floor. Our host was responsive to our messages and the instructions in the room were very helpful. Would highly recommend!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We researched where to stay for a long time as our daughter had a HS volleyball tourney in Hilo. This property made more sense than a hotel room as it was a 2/2 with full living room and kitchen for about 80% the cost of two hotel rooms. The location was amazing and the condo was perfect. the building itself seemed a little old especially the first floor commercial space, the elevators, and the internal hallways, but once inside the condo unit, it was 100% worth it. The management company communicated and responded prior and during the stay. We had friends in other units and our unit was completely remodeled. I'd stay here again and I normally like staying in different places even if I am happy (different experiences)."

"This property was perfect for what we needed! The host was very responsive when we were checking in. The code was not correct and they quickly answered and gave the correct code. To me that is always a big deal with a rental, is if something was a concern they are there to assist and Amber was. The rooms were clean and the AC and added fans were nice and cold. They had many extra things in the apartment that we could use. The chairs and cooler were very helpful for our trip. We loved the Hilo Coffee that was out front. This saved us a ton of money as we traveled from Florida."

"The condo was comfortable, well appointed, and in a gorgeous location, a home away from home. The instructions were perfect and very thoughtful. It was so nice to be walking distance to amenities and interests yet in a park like atmosphere. I loved it, will highly recommend it, and definitely would stay there again."
