"Reception (especially Kitty), breakfast services are all excellent. I believe I got an upgrade since I had a large window facing bed, so very much appreciated. Would be nice to have slippers in the room rather than asking to the reception (though they were just happy to provide us). Only downside is cleaning. Very rough and not professional. I can tell no vacum is done, and dirty cups are left and no coffee/tea. Considering very professional yet friendly service offered elsewhere, I was suprised about your cleaning quality. Maybe I had a bad luck? I'm very happy with everything else. Just a small note. the tram station nearby isn't FREE. You need to walk to Casino station if you want to take advantage of free rides. It's a bit long. About 10 mins walk."

"Things overall were ok though the room was bland and felt lifeless. I had a suite and the sitting area could not have been less inviting, really a poor use of the space. The TV was clunky and felt old with no options i could find to use streaming services, when i could get the TV remote to work."

"The location was excellent....The manger Steve was very helpful. Offered us a choice of a number of rooms.and attended to any issues/ needs immediately...Even offered to take our luggage to our room... Also allowed an extension to our check out time.... The room itself was compact but had everything we needed It also had a balcony Although on the road side, noise was not an issue..... Would stay there again"
