"Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was two twin boxsprings pushed together with very flat pillows. It was like sleeping on plywood. There was alot of street noise plus the windows were very dirty. Breakfast was good. Overall, not worth the money."

"Perfect location to every thing the beautiful town of Orvieto has to offer. Nice size and well appointed rooms with interesting local art and a quiet patio for a drink before heading to dinner but this place stands out for the absolutely amazing customer service. Every single employee went out of their way to meet our needs. Would love to visit again. SOON!"

"Luigi and his wife were wonderful hosts. So kind and generous, even picked us up from the station and dropped us off for a very early train on our last day. "Great property 15 min outside of Orvieto. Incredible location with a spectacular view of the entire old city of Orvieto. They have a pool (for the hot months), they include breakfast and the personnel is extremely nice. Really a great place in Orvieto. "

" It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Francesca was super friendly and constantly in touch which made everything flow so well. She had a list of restaurants and map of the area. The B&B was in a good location for walking to the sites. I wish I had more time to stay there and I will definitely recommend it to anyone that is going to be in the area. "

"The staff was lovely and the area as perfect for exploring Orvieto. The room was clean though small with little space for suitcases or sitting anywhere but the bed. On nice days, this wouldn’t be an issue but it was rainy and cold while we were there so it did feel more limited."
