I highly recommend the Villa Ines as a serene and beautiful respite from the crowds in central Venice. Everything about the villa, from room decorations to the landscaping of the gardens to the breakfast reflects good taste and quality, yet at a reasonable rate. The staff is excellent and the location--on a quiet residential street--is a short walk from the Lido vaporetto stop. Villa Ines is a real gem!

We had a great stay at this fantastic hotel. Andrea (the owner) communicated with us before arriving to arrange for our arrival and sent us a map for getting to the hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights and we had a great experience. It is centrally located but not in the middle of the tourist crowds. The Grand Canal is a short walk and Piazza San Marco is a 15 min walk.
