"I cannot do justice to this review without mentioning the staff. Extremely welcoming, warm and happy to help in any manner possible. There were minor niggles but I will leave it to the reader's discretion what matters to them. Nathan (if I remember his name correctly) was utterly helpful right from check in. Asked what we wanted exactly for breakfast, gave us a parking permit to park on the street and also offered the 3 parking spots at the rear of the property. There is water at the property for you to pick up whenever and however many. They also went beyond and had a little banner in the room for our anniversary. Thank you. Property is bang on opposite the promenade with nothing obstructing your view of the sea and pebble beach, so I'd recommend splurging a little extra if you can afford it. This is where I start with my cons. I did not find this property value for money as it was small for the price, i.e. felt it was overpriced but then I believe all hotels are in Llandudno sadly. Breakfast, while fresh and cooked, was limited and again not value for money. There is no elevator, so, if you've got a room on the top floor, good luck. I couldn't feed this back to Nathan as he wasn't around when we left but they really need to consider giving guests an option for firmer pillows. I had a neck sprain from the 1st night there and it made life difficult for the remaining trip. Lastly, there were a lot of fruit flies around the breakfast area and the room. Doesn't give clean vibes."

"Nice upgrade to a sea view room as it is my birthday. Enjoyed our stay, the only thing was the shower was not very powerful so coukdnt wash my hair and no shower head only the small attachment that usually comes with the shower!"

"Couldn't get entry for ages as we weren't told 2 hotels had become one with different names still on the buildings.No private parking was a pain but what I can gather it's the same for most hotels. The lady that greeted us was really nice but unfortunately I couldn't understand a word she was saying as obviously she was foreign. Room was clean but the shower area was a bit tatty. If I had to use it again I probably would."

"This was a beautiful bungalow, well maintained, wheelchair friendly, secure garden for our dog, in a good location, walking distance from shops and beach, and easy access to other places of interest. I just wish I understood the Welsh recycling and waste rules !"
