"Excellent location just a short stroll from the beach. Spacious, everything as described. TV room, hot tub, bedrooms, games, books… all really great. Once we had the check in instructions it was all really smooth. The only glitch was there was no communication on the run up to the stay, and no check-in details on the app. Vrbo chased it up but it was a bit last minute and that made me really nervous. Hopefully that gets ironed our :) "

"Lovely location near Porth Beach in new build apartment however there were some snagging issues, such as extractor fan not working in shower room or kitchen. Door didn’t close in the lounge and window didn’t shut in back bedroom. Some ceiling spotlights loose and kitchen skirting not fully fitted and damaged. I would describe these as snagging issues that didn’t spoil our holiday but should really have been spotted before the property was let. There was no welcome pack and couldn’t watch live TV...
