Café da manhã divino.

Adoro este hotel. Já é a segunda vez que ficamos nele., porém a limpeza dos quartos desta vez deixou muitíssimo a desejar. Saímos as 10:30 e chegamos as 17:00 e o quarto ainda não tinha sido arrumado então trocaram nossas toalhas, arrumaram a cama e não varreram nem limparam os banheiros. Por dois dias o quarto e o banheiro não foram limpos. No restante tudo é maravilhoso, o café da manhã e um verdadeiro banquete e a vista do quarto do mar é maravilhosa.

Hotel is in an excellent location with just a few minutes stroll to the beach and ten minutes to the centre where you will find fabulous places to eat and drink. Rooms are clean and well equipped with comfy beds and good size fridge/freezer. Breakfast offers lots of choices from cooked to cold selection and is delicious. Staff in the bar, restaurant and room cleaning were all lovely.

Perfect location next to the beach and just a short walk to the town center. Fantasic view of the ocean, good breakfast, nice modern rooms. Very clean facilities and a clean room at arrival. Unfortnatley the houskeeping service was very bad, in 10 das they never cleaned the floor, the bathroom was barley cleaned too.

Great location

Great location, clean spacious rooms with great kitchen facilities. Easy walk to town or to the beach. Pool was nice and relaxed with plenty of space. It’s a shame the king size bed was two large singles stuck together, but overall a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Extremely friendly staff, who are super helpful. Hotel has all the basic amenities and the breakfast had really good selection. However I think we just came in the wrong time as there was a local festival so it was a bit noisy, and hotel would benefit from an extra elevator or two (there are only 2 for a 12 floor building).

We found the hotel clean, the staff were friendly and no sign of people saving pool beds, there were plenty. We had a complimentary bottle of fizz and cake sent to our room for a birthday which was a nice surprise. The only problem we found was not the hotel or staff but unreasonable guests smoking in the adjoining room, with the smoke coming through into our room through air con, who refused to adhere to hotel rules and regs. As a result the hotel moved us into another room and were extremely apologetic.

Quiet comfortable adult only hotel great location

Nice adults only hotel very friendly staff. Reception staff so helpful and friendly quick check in and out and arranging taxis and day tours etc .. one issue shower was cold was reported but not fixed while I was there. walking distance to the beach and a few minutes from the centre of town

Do not believe the pictures!! there are several buildings in front of this hotel and two other hotels in front of the Luna. Each room has a kitchen in the bedroom which would have been ok but the kitchens smell awful from other people cooking before you, yuck! Best part was the beach as you walk out go left! great bistro and rent the chairs for half or whole day! VALENTINO's Pizza and Pasta is excellent!! Homecooked food!!
