Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect.
The €2.00 fee is included in the price of the stay and applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of €200 will be applied for smoking.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A charge of €200 per hour will apply if you check out without authorization after the scheduled time.
If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) - fee upon inquiry.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of €150. If the expenses exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected.
