"John, the manager, was outstanding and really helpful. All the staff were really nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is as advertised, clean and a great concept. Location is great. "
"Front desk and bell-hop were very friendly and helpful. Room is as expected - not too big - but with beautiful view. Our room was located in the 12th flr which makes it convenient to visit 12 knot. We had our drinks in their rooftop overlooking the river thames. The hotel location is walking distance to many attractions. Overall, highly recommended."

"The hotel was immaculate throughout. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed two chocolates upon checking in, bags were stored for us as our room was not ready early. The bed was extremely comfortable, AC was excellent and easy to use. Lights were electronic controls but easily learned. Shower water pressure was great. Felt very comfortable here."
