Premier Inn was a great first stay - clean rooms and basic amenities. They allowed us to check out later, which was very convenient for us! Would definitely come back :)
The whole experience was amazing! from the staff to the establishment, the room and the breakfast, everything was super! the hotel is very well located, near to transportation and in a very secure neighborhood, close to main attractions.
Other than a slight delay at check-in, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was sparkling clean, beautifully appointed, spacious and super quiet! Love the “Tiptoe” signs they had all over the property to remind guests of other guests. The location was perfect - about 20 min to many sites - London Bridge, Shakespeare’a Globe, short Tube ride to Soho / Picadilly, 45 min to Heathrow.
The hotel was in a quiet area off the beaten path which really allowed us to be comfortable exploring with small children. Restaurant in the basement had a great selection of food and we loved that the kids eat free. My only complaint was there was only 1 USB port in the entire room but other than that everything was perfect!
This was an almost perfect location, in walking distance of the train station, St. Paul's Cathedral and a wonderful choice of restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was comfirtable - i think i slept for 9 hours on my first night. A microwave, even if in the lobby/kitchen area would have been convenient. I will be back.
Welcome to Mass-Hospitality.
Location: highly convenient.
Think: Hyatt pricing with Motel-6 facilities.
Super positive: staff is definitely friendly and ready to help and do the job, however, with 600+ rooms, and 1 person for the night shift, well, you do the math.
We were welcome by an amazing sight of unclean toilet and stale odor in the bathroom.
Staff respondend and changed us to another room, in better conditions, yet not exactly clean.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
The rooms were very small, and I had to ask the staff three days in a row for the room to be cleaned and towels replaced. When the room was finally cleaned, one of the twin beds wasn’t remade, and there was no comforter available, so we had to use thin sheets. The staff was polite, but the service did not meet expectations. The location is convenient about a 6-minute walk from Farringdon tube station.
Great location. Family room is just a std room with more beds, thus no room for luggage.
Staff is helpful and will stow away your luggage if you arrive before the check-in time. But absolutely no one will ever pick up the phone if you need to contact the reception.
The room was quite small - we had a family room and it was okay for the 2 of us, but small storage for our travel items as we were there for 5 days prior to a 2 week cruise. The washroom was newly refurbished and was very nice. We had the breakfast package and it was excellent and fresh everyday. We happened to be there during the tube strike and the hotel's location was great as we ended up walking to many attractions we had planned to take public transit. After 9am it was gridlock on the roads.
Location is great. Public transit to airports is easy. You can walk or take bus, metro or train to visit most of attractions in London or near by places.
The stuff were very nice and helpful. There is not enough space in the room - no place for clothes except for a minimal hanging space.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disappointing and repetitive breakfast
I wouldn’t call the breakfast 'free'; it’s definitely included in the room rate, and unfortunately, it wasn’t worth it. The selection is extremely limited and it was exactly the same every single day. While it technically 'does the job' if you just need a quick bite, it’s very basic and gets boring quickly. Don't expect much variety here.
We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and enjoyed the surroundings. It was easy to get around and find food. The buffet breakfast was good, with plenty of options. We ate at the hotel for dinner a couple of times and liked the steaks. The room we stayed in was quite quiet, with no issues with noise. The A/C worked perfectly. The only thing I’d like to suggest is a safe. It would be better if the hotel could provide one.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Honestly the staff was a bit rude sometimes and short.
The room smelled like stale cigarettes and did not have hand towels. The check in process was challenging, I had to continually push to get the check in done and they had issues finding payment which had been done weeks earlier.
I paid the room in advanced and had to paid again at the hotel as they said they did not receive the payment. They did not spend any second to try to find a solution, just to pay again. Really bad service
