My son and I decided to have a mommy and son day, before I have my 2nd child. My 8 year old son wanted to stay at the Ritz. He wanted to enjoy the indoor heated pool and order room service. He loved the pool and the food ordered through room service was on point my son is very picky regarding hotels and food. He has been traveling since he was 6 weeks old and has always had a high standard for hotels and food.

Located close to the train station.

This hotel was an amazing deal. The room, which was really a studio apartment, was spacious and very clean and the kitchen had great features (granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances). The staff was very pleasant and they even had complimentary dinner the night we stayed (just pizza and beer/wine, but still a great perk). The breakfast was amazing! There were so many options!

Thoroughly impressed to see housekeeping staff everywhere dedicated to tasks they were doing. Truly a cut above. A woman was cleaning and polishing the elevator. Sharing the space with her as we changed floors was inspirational. Very satisfied with sleep quality, furnishings and above all, the staff. A hotel this size gets all kinds of patrons. This hotel is the best of the best. It's super comfortable, and having two TVs—one in the bedroom and one in the living room—makes it even more convenient. The king-size bed is the best I've ever slept on.

The Metro station is directly outside the hotel allowing quick access to anywhere in the DC region. Many dining options within a 5-10 minute walk.

This is a fabulous hotel that is central to the metro and restaurants. The lobby area is stunning! Wish the beds were a bit comfier for the price. Rooms are a good size.

This hotel is fantastic! Clean, good breakfast, metro is less than 10 min walk. Starbucks is just across the hotel. We definitely go back again!

We always stay at Glover Park Hotel when visiting our son who attends American. It is a great spot. Restaurant is good. Rooms are nice. It is not overly fancy but it get's it done very well. We have always been happy with our stay.

Great place to stay

Staff was very nice. Check in was a breeze. This seems to be a very new location and was very clean. A Target is located across the street. Withing literally 100 steps is a Dave's Famous BBQ and Red Robin. The Air and Space Museum is about 5 minutes away. Would recommend this location.

Great hospitality and experience

I stayed for the first time earlier in the year. I like being near the water and the walking path, that can take me to several restaurants is right outside the door. With that said, most of the time I ate at the Hummingbird right on their site. Food and service is great. It is always the staff that makes me come back though. Friendly and attentive.

Great location, relatively simple amenities, something of a bargain overall

Very nice hotel. Nice clean room, no unwanted surprises. Nice breakfast buffet ( was not included at our rate, was $11 per person). About two - three blocks from White House, one block from Metro Stop. Nice safe area.
