This hotel was close to the city, it was very clean and staff was really friendly and patient with my questions as it was my first time in the Czech Republic. "The Stay was great, I was welcomed by the Reception, and when we spoke about the Breakfast, I had said the I couldn't eat certain things, and they accommodated me to the fullest. The room was clean and well maintained, also the same for the bathroom. One of the best stays I have had in Prague, I would highly recommend this place to everyone."

"The staff at the hotel were amazing - friendly and helpful - both the barman and the lady at reception. We were slightly disappointed that upon arrival the room allocated to us did not have a bath (Junior Suite) as requested via email. "I can think of perhaps 3 staff members that were nice. Rest were inattentive, one in particular was absolutely rude and I have no idea how he is dealing with people on a daily basis. The hotel needs serious renovation and health and safety to be really looked in to. Rooms were below standard. Beds uncomfortable. I can be here all day mentioning how horrible my experience was."
