"The staff at the hotel were amazing - friendly and helpful - both the barman and the lady at reception. We were slightly disappointed that upon arrival the room allocated to us did not have a bath (Junior Suite) as requested via email. The lady at reception changed the room for us when we asked if the room had a bath. We then went all the way up to the room to discover that it only had a shower. So back down we went and had to have the room changed again - She kindly gave us a voucher for a free...

"I can think of perhaps 3 staff members that were nice. Rest were inattentive, one in particular was absolutely rude and I have no idea how he is dealing with people on a daily basis. The hotel needs serious renovation and health and safety to be really looked in to. Rooms were below standard. Beds uncomfortable. I can be here all day mentioning how horrible my experience was."

This hotel was close to the city, it was very clean and staff was really friendly and patient with my questions as it was my first time in the Czech Republic. They helped me figure out the best time to visit certain sights in the city, best time to dodge traffic and navigate to where I wanted to go, amongst many other helpful things. I really loved the area around the hotel where I could walk around. I highly recommend this...
