"The breakfast was excellent. Nevertheless, the room was horrible. The room was very when I checked in. Housekeeping didn’t sweep the floor my entire stay. There was no towels in the room. I had to request towels each evening. "

"First off I was very pleased with the staff. The room, decor and overall appearance is great for what I needed especially for the price. Now onto some things that I didn’t quite like. I was there for a week and the only things I liked to eat for the breakfast was fruit, coffee, juice and yogurt. The bacon was dry and tough, the scrambled eggs were soggy and needed salt and other dishes were questionable coming from my own culinary background. You can only go in one time a day to get breakfast and if you want to come back that same morning you will have to pay again for it. On my first day I changed and accidentally left my jacket in the hotel bathroom by the pool, I came back a couple hours later and it was gone and the staff never saw it. My guess is housekeeping tossed it fml. Anyways, I liked the hotel but I wouldn’t have paid for breakfast. There are so many great cafes and stores that serve breakfast right around the corner."

"The pool was very small and only useful for cooling off. The breakfast was great other than the hot dishes which were largely cut hotdog and tomato sauce or with onions and barely lukewarm despite that I would highly recommend the property as a staff or friendly and had a wonderful location on LEME Beach part of Copacabana and close to everything."

"Definitely not a 4 star hotel, rooms are not soundproofed adequately for the area of the hotel. Rooms are not 100 clean. Check in experience was terribles. "

"Wifi is unstable, rooms are clean bathrooms it depends what you consider clean! Breakfast is good, co working space is not available on floor 1, the do have a room to reserve but only one. For a 5 star hotel it lacks the wow factor and the amenties. Staff are great!"

"I’m honestly really disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Rio. The first room we were given was nothing like the photos online and was in really poor condition. It was dirty, had a strong moldy smell, and it genuinely felt like we were put in one of the worst rooms they had available. It was such a frustrating way to start our trip. To their credit, they did move us to another room after we complained, and I appreciate that they made the change. But it’s still hard to get past the feeling that we were initially placed in a room they knew was far below standard. No guest should have to ask just to be given a clean and acceptable room. Another frustrating issue was the housekeeping. Our toilet paper was not refilled unless we specifically asked for it, which is such a basic thing that should be handled automatically. It added to the feeling that the overall service and attention to the rooms was lacking. The only truly positive part of the stay was the breakfast, which was genuinely good every morning, and the busboys were incredibly kind and helpful each time we had breakfast. Even though they changed our room, I’m still left disappointed overall because the first impression and the lack of basic upkeep really affected our trip. "
