"Clean and good staff"

"The stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues. The rooftop pool looked much better in the photos than in reality. Check-in was also poorly handled — we arrived at 12pm and were told after 2pm multiple times that the room would be ready in “5 minutes”, but we didn’t receive our room card until 3:30pm. They offered a slightly late check-out to make up for it, but since our flight was at 6am it wasn’t useful. The bathroom also felt quite outdated, and the shower frequently flooded the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient. Overall, not a terrible stay, but definitely room for improvement."

"The location was convenient, but the street wasn’t the nicest and was about a block from a night club/strip club. The rooms were quite outdated. The bathrooms smelled a bit and while mostly clean, were not up to par for a 3-4 star hotel. The one nice part was the rooftop view. Check in and check out took longer than most of the hotels we stayed at in Rio/Brazil. "

"The staff were very nice, the room was comfortable but relatively basic, the wifi worked well, the breakfast was good, the location was excellent for accessing Copacabana, but not so good for going into the city, it really depends on what you want from Rio"
