"The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Check-in took almost an hour, which was very frustrating. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety at all. The elevators were extremely slow, and we often had to wait a long time just to get one. Overall, the location is the only reason I would consider staying here again."

"I loved my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and safe. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The location is excellent very close to Copacabana Beach and downtown, making it easy to explore the area. They also have a currency exchange service in the lobby and , which was very convenient. Another plus was that the room had regular power outlets, so I didn’t need a plug adapter for my devices. 🇺🇸I would definitely stay here again."
