"Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. "

"I couldn't understand the guy at the counter. There was only 1 towel in the room and we had to go find the attendant to find more towels. No breakfast. No ice machine. Tv didn't work"
