Holiday Inn Express Klamath - Redwood Ntl Pk Area by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, safe and comfortable place to stay."
The Historic Requa Inn
10/10 Excellent
"This Inn is definitely historic and has a lot of charm. The first night we stayed in a smaller room and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room was cramped but reasonable. The second night we moved to the rhododendron room where we had much more space and a beautiful view. We had breakfast one of the mornings, which was an extra cost, but totally worth it. We played cards in the common area in the evening and it was very serene and quiet. The complimentary wine and cookies upon arrival were also a nice perk. Be warned that if you are staying at the Inn during the week when they don’t serve dinner, there is almost nothing to eat in the nearby town. The first night we waited literally for over an hour for our food at the casino restaurant so the second night we drove 30 minutes to Crescent City to eat. The local bear came out to say goodbye as we left on our last morning."
Trinidad Coastal Retreat – Open Living, Panoramic Ocean Views & Stylish Comfort
10/10 Excellent
"The panoramic view of the ocean with whale rock and an absolutely amazing sunset made the price worth it to me all by itself. This place was easy to get to, comfortable, situated close to so many places - Trinidad with several great beaches, like Luffenholtz. Redwoods close by, Sue Meg, Arcata for thriftshops, and Eureka for Victorian architecture, perfect weather every day. Communication was easy, the place was clean. I may not recommend staying there with small kids possibly since you're high above the ocean with no fence. That was not an issue for us. It was perfect and we hope to go back soon."
View Crest Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"One of our favorite places we have stayed on our drive ip the coast from California to Oregon. Cute cabins in a great location. We could hear the sea lions barking early mornings. Short drive to Trinidad and the State Park. Can not recommend it enough!"
The Historic Schoolhouse Inn
10/10 Excellent
"The Schoolhouse Inn is immaculate! Would love to spend more time here. The modern, clean design and decor choices gave a meditative air to the space. It felt like being inside a magazine or catalog. Everything you could want to have a relaxing time is there…an escape from clutter and distractions of home."
Redwoods National Park - Stone Lagoon Cabin, Beaches & Lagoons
10/10 Excellent
"The cabin is gorgeous! It has a full kitchen that’s fully stocked with everything you would need. The location is quiet and beautiful; super convenient to hiking, beaches, national parks, and surrounding towns. The owner is very kind! All around a fantastic experience."
Deja Blue Big Lagoon Ocean View
10/10 Excellent
"This little cottage is darling! The ocean view from the bluff behind the property is breathtaking. It is just a short drive to the beach where many agates can be found! The kitchenette in the cottage is very convenient and the host had a snack basket fully stocked with yummy treats. I slept like a baby and woke up with the sun from the skylights feeling refreshed and ready for the day. Trinidad is super close and has lovely little eateries and easy access to more beaches. Deja Blue is a must stay if you want to be where the forest meets the ocean."
