"DO NOT STAY HERE! I would give this place ZERO stars. The motel was informed we would do a late check in as well as late check out. (When we booked it) We arrived around 3:45am/4amz Check in took 20 minutes; requested late check out again at the desk & followed that up with an online message just to reassure no one disturbed us in the AM. There was no parking in the lot & the street parking had street sweeping from 6am-8am. The employee told me where to park the car and I parked it exactly as I was instructed beside the front desk. cars were parked in non parking places so l assumed it's just what they did with their lot. The room is NOT like the reviews say...so I'm assuming most of them are fake & paid for. It's a run down motel! ROOM -Floor boards have water damage with broken off pieces -bedding not as advertised. cheap sheets that don't fit w/ stains/holes. -side bed lamp doesn’t work. -walls are paper thin. BATHROOM -mold on walls, looks filthy, floor is torn -BUGS flying around in the bathroom. (Almost left the second we saw the bugs)- -hair on the floor (vacuums or brooms can easily fix this issue) -toilet paper roll left on the thing empty. At 9:50am we are awoken by pounding on our door. Assumed it was a mistake and tried to sleep more...and again 9:55am more pounding. I opened the door they need the car moved. (It wasn't blocking anyone in...and it was parked exactly where I was instructed to park it by the employee. Too much to fit in 1500 words characters"

"The outside looked fine and the guy at the desk was helpful enough. Parking wasn’t an issue. Relatively quiet. But my room needed a full remodel. The A/C didn’t work, no mini fridge(as advertised). One little wall lamp for the main room, no plugs by the bed, saggy bed/mattress, mold all around the bathroom tub, exhaust fan in bathroom wasn’t functional, fixtures/curtain rods-rusty. The bathroom sink top was granite, which was nice, but the base was particle board and was clearly falling apart. At least the ice machine worked. These hotels/motels are like a dating app…the pictures rarely match the advertised merchandise."

"This place is in an awesome location. Tons of restaurants, bars and shopping all within a 10 min walk. Walk to the Presidio is great. Great neighborhood. The room was spacious but needed a fresh coat of paint. That’s what made it look dirty. Staff was extremely friendly and gave us great suggestions on taking bus and keeping you car parked in your spot. Thank you Nema."
