"Lovely apartment inside a Georgian style building between Preston town centre and the Avenham park. Nice and clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge/dining area, great walk-in shower, big and comfortable bed. Cafes, bars and restaurants literally just round the corner which is handy and the high street shops just 5 mins walk away. "Wasn’t sure of what to expect as no previous reviews to compare. But was well worth going for it. Communication and instructions were very helpful and clear. Free parking space just near the entrance. This ground floor flat has a lovely view on to Winckley gardens, which is a bonus to have whilst looking out. Absolutely spotless, well equipped throughout , lovely bathroom and so glad it had a bath in there. Very welcoming feel, spacious kitchen area with table laid out. Nice and spacious lounge...

"No refill for the body soap / shampoo / toilet roll tissue paper. No curtain at the single bed bedroom. No heat radiator at the double bed bedroom. Elevator is out of order and need to bring the heavy luggage upstairs to second floor. Hot water suddenly suspended during the shower at midnight. Please don’t let other customers to book this service apartment in your system. Terrible experience. "
