The tap in the bathroom leaked terribly. The hottub was only luke warm. The only plus was the pancake maker and other breakfast selections. That was the only redeeming part and the friendly staff.

Front desk area was not well cleaned, nor were the hallways or the elevator alcoves. Key card needed to be reprogrammed before room could be accessed. Only one towel provided in bathroom. Checkout on Expedia listed as noon, but housekeeping knocked on door at 11am, then front desk called to tell us to leave. Would not stay again.

Very bad front desk service - No phone call answer from the room. Had very bad experience. This was my first time stay with them and i used first time Expedia service but i am very upset.

Our family had 3 rooms and issues with all that included: dirty and stained pillow, cover and bathroom counter; cracked counter held together with scotch tape, unable to fully lock door, fridge not working properly, not enough towels, cleaning staff taking soap during stay, getting the wrong room than what is booked for 5 people, getting locked out of room, key cards not working, using credit card to pay for room a day before checkout (even after explicitly saying we were paying cash and when they knew we had issues we needed to discuss), alot of property damage with a door missing and two punched in windows which makes it uneasy to sleep not knowing what is going on in the area. Extremely disappointed for a large chain hotel.

I got the room at Expedia price it was much cheaper if I didn't do it through there paid Expedia 137 and would of been cheaper if I just booked myself would of been 116 not happy about it

The location was decent (aside from being neighbours with the provincial penitentiary…). The building needs a thorough deep clean. It was a bit grungy all around. We thought about using the pool, but after taking a peek, changed our minds. The humidity made the room feel pretty damp. The mattress was squishy and kinda uncomfortable. We had our basic needs met and I suppose you “get what you pay for” - it was a budget rate for a budget hotel. We just needed a place to rest and that’s what we got - no fancy bells and whistles, that’s for sure.

We ended up booking a room for 4 of us, but ended up with one bed. I was hoping there would have been a couch like in the picture but there wasn’t. The had no rollaway beds or extra pillows or blankets. My kids slept on the floor. I was grossed out by the carpet in the rooms Continental breakfast has pancakes, hard boiled eggs, toast, juice etc however there was a local person sleeping inside the continental breakfast room in a chair. There’s a sign in hotel saying they’ve had a high volume of theft so make sure nothing is visible in your car. Pool was alright-water wasn’t the cleanest but pool water was warm. Hot tub was only luke warm. Kids had fun though. Would I go back? Probably not.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and spacious. There needs to be some care and some renovations to take care of wear and tear. It’s definitely a popular place for families and seems everyone loved the pool! Would stay again.

The hotel was dingy and unkept. The pool was disgusting and there were no towels available. The room was not cleaned very well with sticky spots on the surfaces and it smelled funny.

While the lady at the front desk was very nice, the hotel needed improvement in the cleaning department- a lot of garbage in hallway and parking lot, dirty carpets in lobby and elevator, and there were NO towels in our room at all.
