"When I first asked for an iron and ironing board, I was told they had none. Had I known that, I would not have booked the room. The staff member on duty was then kind enough to find me the only iron they had, which had a stained soleplate. Suggest they supply serviceable irons and ironing boards. "The parking garage and price to park was horrendous. $51 a night for a hotel guest! The garage is a circle underground so tight spaces go in every direction. There’s no guarantee you’ll find space for your car. I’d never stay here again because of the parking alone. The hotel itself was great but I drive not take an uber so parking matters! "
