The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded - plenty of countertop and island space if you want to stay in and cook. Washer and dryer are right in the condo. There's a remodeled and spacious master bathroom to make you feel pampered and special. You won't mind an occasional rainy day at this north shore Kauai condo. It's a pleasure to stay in and relax, enjoy the view - even watch for whales during the winter months - and savor the peace and privacy of this perfect top floor corner location. All of our Kauai vacation rentals at Alii Kai are 1200 square feet with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a private lanai.

In addition to the unobstructed ocean views from the living room and both bedrooms, you've also got great mountain views and can even see Bali Hai. Lie in bed and watch the waves roll in or fall asleep to the sounds of the surf at night - - yes, you can admire the view without even getting out of bed! The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed. Cable TV, telephone, and free wifi are provided. Complex includes a swimming pool. There is a shared gas barbecue grill which our guests are welcome to use. Cook up your catch of the day or throw on some fresh Kauai beef burgers.

You'll be delighted with our Alii Kai resort condo's convenient location. It's under two miles to shopping and dining at the Princeville Shopping Center. You'll find casual dining at Hideaways Pizza Pub and oceanfront fine dining at the Princeville St Regis just over a mile away. The scenic town of Hanalei and the great beach at Hanalei Bay are 10 minutes away, Anini beach 10 minutes away, and other attractions like botanical gardens, horseback riding, and ziplining are also nearby.

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned.

This is an upstairs condo so you need to be able to go up and down stairs. There are no elevators.
