"Lovely time at the Springs. Very responsive to the needs of their patrons."

"Great pricing…"

"Room clean however carpets are in need of replacement some stains I’m sure they have cleaned but they are aged"

"Well located and they bus you to downtown"

"I liked the tea at check in and the cafe was great!"

"The room was very spacious but the chair in the living room was very stained . The toaster and the remotes were very dirty and we had to clean them before we could use them. The rest of the room was clean. Our room did not have a fireplace but smelled of burning wood. The hotel was lovely but dated as many banff properties are. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"This is a rustic property that has a camping feel to it. Our room was clean and nice, but did smell smoky both from fireplace smoke and seemingly cigarette smoke. We had to walk around the back of the building to access our room which made hauling our bags a little tricky and a night was a bit unsettling. The outdoor hot tub was nice. The hotel is away from Banff townsite, so driving or taking the bus is required."

"Great"

"Clean and convenient with generous room size however for the price there should have bee at least free lobby coffee offered to guests in the morning. Other similar airport hotels provided coffee and some free breakfast as well!"

"lovely spa, nice restaurant, free parking, pleasant staff"

"Staffs are great very accomodating butour pillows are so bulky & not so comfy and exhaust fan not working at room 357. Food at the Keg is excellent."

"They should clean the room, there's a lot of hair from beddings. Toilet not properly clean."

"The room was clean and spacious. The process of checking in and out was so smooth and easy."

"The hotel is close to downtown which made it a very short walk to Banff Ave. The room was clean and inviting to enter. We had our meals at both restaurants - the food and service was awesome."
