"This was a very cozy apartment. Very clean. The seating in the living room was a bit limited and uncomfortable. The bedrooms were perfect for what we needed. Air conditioning was great! The kitchen was nice but no stove available, just a cooktop. The parking space was very tight and barely fit our Honda Civic enough so that other vehicles could get around it to park. Communication with the host was great. Very responsive and helpful."

"Katie was very quick to respond and a very gracious host. The house is a few blocks from Providence College campus, so it was perfect for seeing my daughter. The house is also less than 10 minutes to downtown and all the other wonderful Providence attractionsThe house was very neat and tidy when we arrived and it was nice to have parking spots behind the house so we did not need to park on the street. I look forward to staying at this location in the future!Linda K"

"The property was a perfect way to stay with friends yet still have privacy. The host was extremely responsive. I can’t say how anything in the immediate neighborhood was, we spent our time in other places. There is an Aldi very close. I personally had the air conditioner on in the evening and slept with no sound issues, but others did say it was a little loud in the evening with the train being across and cars racing. We all enjoyed our stay! "

"The check-in process was perfectly simple, the house was clean and had ample space for all the adults in our party to mingle and have quiet time if needed. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware and cooking implements, and there are many grocery stores near by. The hosts were very responsive to the few questions we had come up, and so very kind! Would stay here again in a heartbeat when coming back. "

"My family and I stayed at John and Ashley’s residence as my son was graduating from college. I had searched to find a home big enough to accommodate us, however, the only one that stood out to me was John and Ashley’s property. Communication was excellent. John was there to greet us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had. "I stayed here with my husband and a friend during Brown's Commencement/Reunion weekend. We absolutely loved our visit! The location was great (easy to get to from I-95 and a short walk from Brown's campus). The house itself and the front garden are beautiful, and the decor really made us feel at home — we loved all the books and art that were on display. The rooms were all comfortable, including the 2 beds, and we enjoyed lingering in the living room before heading out for our daily adventures....
