Great historic house! It was a nice quiet neighborhood, short distance from the the River Walk which we really enjoyed. We loved everything about our stay, really great up to date appliances. Definitely will stay again, when back in the area.

The area was awesome for our needs. The house was just what is described. It was so fun, a unique few nights get away. We used the washer, dryer, fridge and coffee pot all were in great working order. Meagan was easy to message.

Anniversary getaway with friends

Lovely house!!! Very clean!! It was perfect for our getaway, plenty of space to hang out with nice private bedrooms. Close to downtown, but in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Will stay again!!

Beautiful interior update to a vintage home space! Comfortable beds, furniture and kitchen area. Shower is in a high step-in antique tub which was hard for the senior members of our group. We could not find a "Welcome to the House" guide, which would be useful to have to understand the function of the television, cleaning expectations, local dining options, etc. Neighborhood is walkable and lots of historic hoes around. Younger members of our group would definitely stay again!

The home met all our needs during our brief stay. The home is beautifully restored and roomy. The downstairs bath is not for real bathing so if you have a large family, plan to line up. The upstairs bath/shower is not for the aged and does need a tub mat to prevent slips in the tub. Overall it was very nice.

Very clean and just as pictured - plenty of towels for showering and beds and bedding were very comfortable. Not many places you can walk to but a drive in the car to eat or get coffee etc was less than 5mins so super convenient. kitchen was filled equipped, we didn’t need it really on this trip. Checking in was a breeze and WiFi worked great. If anything maybe 1 extra TV in one of the bedrooms but not a big deal at all. Loved this home.
