"The one bad experience I had here was when I went into the onsite restaurant "Cueva del Mar." The so-called hostess at the customer greeting station was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Didn't bother to even look up at me, just continued playing on her smart phone. No smile, nothing. I simply asked to see a menu -- of which there was pile of them right behind her -- and this girl motioned to a bar code in front of the stand. I asked for a menu (again, RIGHT BEHIND HER) and acting as if it were an imposition, she slowly turned around, grabbed on, and thrust it at me, without a single word. THIS DOES LITTLE TO HELP THIS HOTEL, EXCEPT FRUSTRATE CUSTOMERS. Something should be done to adjust her foul, inexcusable attitude."

"The room was amazing and the bed has to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The staff were great super helpful and respectful. I love that they send you notifications to you cellphone and allow you to reach out to them with questions while on your stay via text. The private beach is superb and the pool was EVERYTHING!!! I am coming back here next year"

She offered us bottles of water and was kind enough to upgrade our room after I explained to her that I was having a masectomy when I returned home and this would be my last trip for a while. The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property!!!"
