"I had an incredibly accommodating experience! I was born and raised in PR and am currently living in NYS. We went on a week's vacation to visit family. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at 2 AM. The security guard had already left the building, so I called the owner. Not only did he answer my call at that late hour, but he also guided me through the entire check-in process and stayed on the phone with me until I was inside the apartment. The place is beautiful, clean, new, and it smells...
