"The property manager failed to provide the entry code and was unresponsive when we attempted to contact them, leaving me and five other women and teenage girls stranded for the night. Although we received the access information the following day, there was no apology, and they have refused to refund the night we were unable to stay due to their negligence. "The property was in a great location, close to old San Juan and the expressway to get to other parts of the island. It was family-friendly and the off street parking was very convenient. Despite being on a somewhat busy street, the house insulated a lot of the noise. We had two limited mobility folks with us, so the first floor was ideal and accessible to them.
